Our Community Health Worker is here to assist and help clients in clinic, community, or in-home settings through a variety of paths and resources. From creating a plan and goals, to connecting individuals and families with resources. Marietta/ Belpre Health Department and our Community Health Worker will work with organizations in our area to help better the individual and family.
